In the Hindu tradition, there are four stages of life identified. We find ourselves on different points of this spectrum at various times in our lives – sometimes occupying more than one stage at the same time. Transitions between these stages can be difficult and entail learning new ways of living as we transcend and include each stage in our development. The Quantum Living Process can be helpful for us in the transition process as we identify shadow beliefs around aging, work with conditioned dysfunctional patterns from the past and move into a whole new way of being.

The heart of the QL practice is to discover our true Self—our authentic self and begin to notice who we become in any given situation in life, and to notice the identification with the false self or Ego and allow it to dissolved. How can I use this life situation to awaken to my divine self, of who I have really come here to be. Let’s practice.
Once we discover life is not happening to us but for (and through) us, we become capable of mastering how we experience life. Rather than focusing on the things that trigger us, we can amplify our joy by practicng focusing on glimmers - those moments that uplift us and bring forth the qualities on our Q Card. The final step in the Quantum Living Process is twofold: taking heart-inspired authentic action that (a) meets the unmet need identified earlier in the worksheet, and (b) embodies the quality desired to express in order to restore the balance. While taking the action or actions, it is important to remember that the transformative potential is not tied to what the action is, but the internal state while doing it. In the Quantum Living process, we utilize heart coherence and grounding exercises to bring the body back into a centered state. In this class, you will learn another tool to bring the body and mind into a state of coherence through a Somatic Yogic Body Scan. This scan will help to release trauma stored in the nervous system and restore balance.
