Ira Hilf

Ira found great personal value in doing the Q-Effect training, both in processing old wounds, and facilitating greater mindfulness. This convinced him to become a Trainer to help others. Currently residing in Las Vegas NV after a successful career in High Tech as an Engineer and Manager (recently retired), he has served as President of the Board at two different Unity Churches. As Board President, he found the Q process tools extremely beneficial to himself and the entire Leadership team, helping coordinate a successful merger of 2 churches, later the recruitment of a fantastic new ministry team, and most recently, to successfully navigate the uncertain waters of the Pandemic. Ira has had a personal meditation practice for over 20 years and also utilizes Heartmath tm, Coherent Breathing tm and spiritual healing energy-work techniques to help people on their spiritual path.
