Steven Howard
Steven Howard has been on a personal spiritual journey for over eighty years. Having had his own spiritual awakening in 1973, he has, over the past twenty years become a published author of a trilogy of spiritual novels as well as an award-winning short story and other published articles, a spiritual teacher and certified Q Effecttm coach, and creator of the “Praying from the Mind, Praying from the Heart” workshop. Most recently he has devoted is time and energy to writing spiritually-oriented booklets and has published five in a larger series of nine, each with a complimentary companion notebook for use in completing the exercises contained within each book.
Steven also creates guided meditations and blogs, all available at his website. Steven resides in The Villages, Florida with his wife, Paula.
